Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the M.E Creationz LLC, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation all personal information including and not excluding emails, phone numbers, address, business information and all other information used as a source for advertising and marketing for printing services.

 

Please Read Carefully: Once a service has been purchased online. There is an initial proof sent to your email via pdf file. Once the buyer has received the proof, if more than three revisions are requested to make any changes or edits there are additional cost per edit. M.E Creationz LLC is not responsible for images including logos and pictures that may appear pixelated or blurry and the buyer has accepted the proof. The buyer takes full responsibility of the approval to print all services rendered. The buyer approves the proof before any service rendered is printed. M.E Creationz LLC is not liable for the quality of all blurry or pixelated images including logos, pictures and screenshots. There will be no refunds, exchanges or returns accepted after the acceptance of the agreed proof.

Registration 
In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials. We have full rights and copyrights to all pictures taken,vidoegrapy, logos purchased and created by M.E Creationz LLC. It also allows M.E Creationz the rights to all Logos and Pictures taken. The Buyer allowes M.E Creationz to use picture for advertisement purposes only via website and social media. 

 

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

We will use any pictures taken, videography created to enhance our portfolio for future customers. It may be used as a for of advertisement on our company’s website or/ and our social media platforms not excluding facebook, Instagram and Etsy accounts.
